Globe offers an Axial (Cocoon) Wrapping System to completely
encase large tissue or towel rolls for mill export requirements or simply
provide superior protection for internal warehousing purposes. The system uses
a cradle belt design which eliminates support pressure on the roll and deep
wrinkling during the wrapping process that would otherwise result in costly
slabbing waste in the converting operations. Other unique features include
automatic hot wire cut and heat sealing of the tail as well as label
orientation if needed.
